At Impact Boxes, we aim to provide high-quality products and clear information so you can purchase with confidence. This Refund & Returns Policy outlines how refunds, returns, and exchanges are handled.


Change of Mind

Due to the nature of our products — including shipping containers, accommodation units, generators, tyres, and heavy equipment — change of mind returns are not accepted.

Please ensure all product specifications, dimensions, and suitability are reviewed carefully before placing an order. Our team is available to assist with product selection prior to purchase.


Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the fault or damage

We will assess the issue and, where applicable, arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.


Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

If the failure does not amount to a major failure, we may choose to repair or replace the product.


Returns Process

If a return is approved:

  • The item must be returned in its original condition
  • The item must not have been used, modified, or installed
  • Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part

We will provide return instructions once the return is authorised.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable, unless faulty or supplied incorrectly:

  • Used products
  • Customised or modified items
  • Clearance or discounted stock
  • Products damaged after delivery due to handling or misuse

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.


Delivery & Risk

Risk in the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery. Please inspect all items on arrival and report any visible damage immediately.
